We were using the step ladder the other day and had to go out to run some errands so we left it in the kitchen. When we came home, Misfit was sitting there, staring at it.
He sat there for a good 10, 15 minutes; not sniffing or licking or anything. Just staring.
He baffles me sometimes.
(Gus was embarrassed and in trouble with the garbage can lid, we came home and he was in the window wearing it so I had to stay outside until I stopped laughing. He was after I don't know what... since that garbage can only had paper garbage and sticker backings but he left the room a mess.)

Ah the ever so patient cat. If that were my Kizzy this is what would be running though her head...... "Um I think I am tired of waiting for you to move that huge piece of metal junk that is in the way of my path! No I will not walk around, I am a cat and you are my servant. Now chop chop and move this thing pronto"
